Saskatchewan Crossing is a junction of the North Saskatchewan, Howse and Mistaya rivers. This was an important settlement for over a hundred years, starting in 1807 when fur traders and explorers first traveled through the Rockies into British Columbia. Photo © copyright by Ed Fuhr.
