Over night, the Wapiti Wolf Pack killed 3 year old bison. It seems excessive. But there are nearly 25 wolves in this pack. And they can eat up to 20 pounds a piece. Within 24 hours, every morsel will be long gone and these fields will show no sign of what has transpired. And it will be time to hunt again. Photo © copyright by Ed Fuhr.
