Northern Wild Geranium

A true wild geranium, sweeps of these flowers can be found in moist areas, the hillsides below Eilsen and along the forest edge. These geraniums feature five bright violet-blue petals with dark purple veins radiating from teh center, and long, pointed sepals extending beyond the petals. Photo © copyright by Ed Fuhr.
